Yeah, 1LE after 19 has rearview camera. Just not my 19.

Either way, that shouldn't make a difference in the connector. If it does, Gen5DIY asks you to put in the VIN when you buy the connector, so they make sure everything will be wired correctly with the options you have.

I already received my BlendMount for my 2018 ZL1 and Thursday I will have my Escort RedLine 360C
I ordered the power harness from Gen5DIY and got that a couple weeks ago.
Looking forward to trying this out in the spring when I pull my car out of my garage from winter storage!

For my Redline 360c I modified a Redenso XP visor mount by drilling a hole and bolting the magnet to it. I have the mount attached near the headliner with Velcro black ALFA-LOC fastener tape. I power it using the Gen5 harness plugged into the heater plug in the passenger footwell. The mount has a slight bounce due to the weight of the Redline, but it's not very noticeable. I've used the same ALFA-LOC tape to mount my dashcam and my Uniden R7 without any issues.

I dont remember watching an install video, I do remember looking at installation instructions and it never worked. Maybe I need to revisit whatever video you're talking about and see. Or maybe the 2021 is different, not sure.

My instructions never said anything about using a glove box connector. I just watched the video and my harness wiring was nowhere near long enough to run across the top of the windshield, A-pillar to get under the glovebox.

I would contact gen5diy about your issue. I plan to get their radar and go pro wiring and have to figure out the mounting.

My last Camaro was a 2018 and the gen5diy harness I installed on that was much different than for the 2021. The new one takes a little longer to install but still easy. The 2018 clipped right under the OnStar console. The new one you just run down your pillar to the glove box.

They really do make great radar harnesses. They even made one for my wife’s 2020 traverse.
