I think I would rather see the install instructions. Just curious how long this takes and how much work involved.

Does it sit higher up than the v.1? I thought the v.1 sat low, but I have had no issues with mine.

When i had my V1, I put a piece of heat shield material on the bottom.

Also like the factory “look”. Capacity looks like a fairly minor addition, also curious about that.

Nice, clean looking set up. Have been considering a Cordes but I like this too. Would like to see a comparison of the two.

I have the ADM Version 1 as well. IMHO it is the best mod you can do for you car! It provides a little more coolant, but the most important aspect is the "self burbing" of the SC system and allowing a user to add coolant to the system if necessary, without the need of a dealership visit. Stephen recommended this item to me well over a year ago and don't regret it one bit! I like the new version, but for the discerning eye at the dealership, it does "stick out" compared to the black version 1.

Version 1 took me about an hour to install. There was no cutting or drilling. The kit comes with everything you need and the hoses are already connected to the reservoir bottle. Very simple and straight forward to install. I suspect Version 2 is just as simple.

Not about the additional coolant!

The Cordes tank probably holds more fluid but I do like the factory look of the ADM. Vengeance Racing has their own tank also which is a new product.

This looks quicker to install than the first version. So I'd say 5 to 10 minutes.

You only need 1 needle nose plier and (with the new version) what ratchet and socket to take on/off the bolts.

The first version you needed to move the air filter to get to the other bolt that it mounted to. This one, it seems you won't need to and that'll save you a couple of minutes.

And capacity? It's a reservoir just meant to keep the air out and hell, you can actually see the fluid so you know if you need to add any vs the solid black piece on version 1.

I've yet to need to add any to mine in 6 months.

Gotcha. So it’s simply to aid in burping any air out. The new reservoir from Synergy Motorsports looks REALLY legit as far as added capacity, and it’s hidden away in the fender.

Essentially. Since the LT4 is a closed loop system, this will help getting the air out, causing a power drop and avoiding going to the dealer to fix something that could have cost GM like $100 to make and add to the car.
