Mine is coming via FedEx, scheduled for delivery on Friday. Maybe they changed shippers!

Mine was shipped through the same company as last time. I wonder what determines which company they use. Hopefully, both will arrive without damage!

Well she is all ready for her new Spoiler/Wing

Looks naked without a spoiler. Getting those plastic clips/pins to release on either side is a Pain in the Axx!!!!!

It’s finally here!! There appears to be a haze on the stanchions. I already contacted AC but I’m hoping it’s just compound. Other than that the wing looks awesome

I think I spoke too soon. I discovered a couple of cracks near one of the stanchions. At this point, I think the car will be obsolete before I receive a good wing

That sucks!


The damage on the first wing they sent you would have been a deal breaker for me as well. On the second wing I wouldn't be happy about haze or the small cracks, but personally I don't think I would send it back for that. I would do as you did tho and contact them about it for sure and see what they think and what they may offer to do.



Hopefully there is a good resolution to this, that way the rest of us still waiting won't be nearly as anxious lol.

I would have been ok with the haze but the cracks bother me. I feel like they will spread over time. Hopefully, you guys will have a positive experience. I'll keep everyone posted.

I agree, that would be my concern as well.



Again on a personal level, if they decided not to help on this issue I would attempt to "V" grind the cracks and put some epoxy back into them. I have done this on carbon hoods in the past and never had an issue.



Still sucks to have to deal with potentially a 3rd wing, but at least they have been responsive/helpful to this point.

Took receipt of my Wing about 30 mins ago. All I can say is WOW. Unfortunately both winglets were damaged. So it is already on the way back to Vivid Racing. Attached some pics of the damage..........Dam it!!
Absolutely no damage to the box. It certainly looked like it was packaged well, but I guess all it takes is someone to drop the box.
