i have a set of beautiful mrr 228 wheel ordered for my 2017 ss, i think i have to order a set of 5th gen center caps(need gm part number for the black and red ss logo) if they exist.
not sure will my original tpms sensors fit my new wheels?

You are correct, you need 5th Gen center caps. I actually started a thread about this last month to help out fellow M228 owners:

with all of my search i dont think the centre cap exist, what i really need to know now, will the tpms transfer over to my new wheels?

I purchased new TPMS sensors because my setup I bought came with new tires. TPMS sensors don't cost much, I would just get a new set personally.

but do they fit, car is new and will transfer tires over to the new wheels, just going to put the originals wheels away for life, so if i can use the sensors i will.
