ZLE suspension on SS1LE??

I'm trying to find someone who has done this to see if it was worth it and any input you may have. I'm running stickier Hoosier A7's for time trial and it's simply too much for the stock 1LE suspension, car is leaning way too much and tires are rubbing the fenderline and other areas.

Lots of folks have done the ZLE DSSVs on the SS1LE. Check out Ken Hill's thread. Good stuff starts on page 9: https://www.camaro6.com/forums/showt...=594295&page=9

I've done the same thing as Ken, but haven't run slicks, only SC3R. The car is very stable as Ken describes. Nothing really upsets it. No rub issues on 305/30 on 19x11s. You do have to get sensor plugs to trick the SS 1LE into thinking the MRC shocks are still there, otherwise you'll get a service suspension warning. The swap was surprisingly easy too. Pretty much plug and play.
