No, they are metallic pads. Amazon has no clue if you saw them quote the part as ceramic.

There are carbon ceramic replacement pads, but the OEM Ferodo pads are metallic.

They could be the copper free option which still has metallic pads. Take a picture of your brakes.

Has anyone tried to replace the OEM pads with these?

I am thinking replacing the OEM pads with something that will not produce so much brake dust. I am really surprised how "dirty" the original pads are. I have a little over 1k miles on them and I wonder if the get any better (with respect to the dust they produce) once they wear off a bit more.

I wonder how much the difference in the braking power will there be -- if any.

I installed the ceramic PowerStop pads and new rotors on my Grand Cherokee and they produce almost no dust.

If that's true, it's worth the cost of the pads. I would change my front pads if I knew I'd get less brake dust.

Lots of folks go PowerStop to reduce brake dust, but it is a compromise -- braking performance will be reduced as well as the brake dust

While this is true, it seems like a 5% loss in braking power and a 90% reduction in dust.
Since I'm not tracking the car, PowerStop is a no-brainer.
I also feel the stock semi-metallic pads were much harder on my rotors, and my DTV problems are now reduced.

What low dust pads do you recommend for the 6 piston Brembo?

If you want the PowerStop Z26s, here are their amazon product pages. These are super cheap, too.
Front: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01AGBXJO6/
Rear: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00Z6LMNBW/

As a personal side note, I'm surprised how many people are infatuated with these low dust brake pads, I honestly wouldn't have expected that from sports car owners. No big deal at all, it's just interesting how much some folks care about a bit of brake dust, especially on otherwise gray (aka "brake dust color") wheels such as the stock 1LE ones.

I love the strong initial bite and mind boggling stopping power of these 1LE sized Ferodos, and cleaning wheels is therapeutic anyway.

Interestingly enough, I had way more brake dust when I was running the 4-piston Brembo corresponding to RPO J55 on my LT. Now on the 1LE J6M RPO 6-piston Brembo, I can't say I have any complaints about brake dust with them.

If they're not too far off on the pricing with aftermarket I'd probably consider getting OEM again whenever I need to change them
