Radio Update at Dealer? With a tune.
Can I have my radio and Nav updated at dealer if I have hand HP Tuners engine and trans tune performed?

Theoretically yes, because the infotainment is a different module. In practice, I'd make sure to tell them 100x that you have an ECM and a TCM (and perhaps FSCM) tune and you don't want to reflash the factory calibration of those.
What new updates are you planning or hoping to update to? My 2018 hasn't received any updates (apart from apps and navigation maps) since late 2018.

I just did an update at home. No need to go to the dealer. Buy the 2022 Maps/NAV update for $105. Comes in 3-5 days. Plug it in the USB. let the car run and do it's thing for 40-50 mins. Done.
