If it is again cancelled, it is then skipped for that month. A new post will be made for each specific meet.

Where we meet: The default meeting place is at the Audubon Square Shopping Center, eastern end of the parking lot.

Map

Camaros & Coffee: Starting around 9 AM to about 11:30AM for the Camaros & Coffee portion of the meet.

Cruise & Lunch: We may decide on cruising to a place for lunch often stopping to take additional pictures. If you have a walkie talkie, tune to channel 5 to keep in touch. Typically lunch is held at a hamburger/steak establishment. We try to keep it simple and cheap.

Post Cars & Bring Your Own Coffee?

I got a “Heads Up” from Alex reminding me that Starbucks is moving to their own building on Trooper Road. They will close in the Audubon Square Shopping Center on the 27th, just before our July meet.

Giant, which is a few stores down, also offers coffee. So we can still purchase coffee at the meet.

I like staying at that end of the shopping center. It affords us a lot of room. I suppose that we will have to stop using Starbuck’s as the location, might confuse the newbies using GPS to find us. And an update to the map link will be needed.

SEPA5+ @ Camaro Nationals in Morgantown, PA 7/13 - 7/15

We got the pricing for a canopy.

10X10 is $235 less $100 if 10 cars register
15X15 is $300 less $100 if 10 cars register

For example, a 10 x10 would cost $135 or an additional $13.50 per person if 10 register. Having more than 10 register would drive the cost even lower.

Please name SEPA5+ as your local club affiliation.

Let me know your thoughts.

PS – Thanks to Ralph for getting the pricing.
