What happens if you hook up a after market radio to the 6th gen. I'm wanting to hook one up instead of my 7" IOB radio. I've seen someone do it with a pioneer unit. It can be done very easily. The place that did my camaro said they do it all the time on newer vehicles. The only down fall they it is super expensive. The higher end manufacturers have radios designed to work with the oem computers. The days of buying a 200 dollar head unit, a wiring harness, and slapping it in a car are long gone
