Nice choice of an old Japanese Muscle car. I had an '88 Turbo Hardtop Supra and my cousin had an '87 Turbo Targa Top. I still have parts for my MKIII up in the attic, lol.

Nice. I longed to have a supra since first seeing one when in high school in the late 80s. Mine is a '91 turbo targa, with forged internals and an old school HKS bolt on turbo and intercooler.
For its time, the supra is a fun car but it definitely is no turbo bmw or 6th gen camaro. Those are the main reasons it has not been driven the last few years, but I will never get rid of it.
I was considering purchasing a bwm 4 or 6 series vert until I had the opportunity the drive my business partners Fifty coupe manual, and that was all it took. Had to compromise with the wife and get one with the A8.

Just got a couple of things for my new 2017 LT I bought last month. Black wheels, black bowties and black OEM center caps. A few more touches, black spoiler which I still don't know which kind I'm getting so any suggestions are welcome, and maybe some black rally stripes. I de-badged her also. I'm kinda liking her without stripes though.....its growin on me lol. She came with Borla S-Type Axleback exhaust and factory CAI. The pics aren't great but I'll be posting better ones. My daughter told me she'd b mad if I didn't include her 2013 RS in a pic lol.

Just hit 1000 miles on my car, so did a post-break-in fluid flush:

Oil change to Mobil 1 0W-40 ESP
Trans fluid flush and change to Mobil 1LV
Diff fluid changeout with Dexron LS

Then took it back home from the dealer for a Griots Clay Bar and Best of Show wax job. Then decided to use the town common for a photo op!
