hi just wondering if i need anything other than koni struts and hotchkins 1'' Inch lowering springs are the koni struts even needed? what would they give me over factory?

The Koni STR.T's are a performance shock and are valved differently than their factory equivalents, they will provide a stiffer (more performance oriented) ride than the factory shocks/struts. You will also get a longer lifespan with the Koni's because they are designed for use with lowering springs, whereas you factory shocks/struts were not. Plus, they have a lifetime warranty through Koni.

You don't absolutely need anything else to install these parts, but it is "nice" to have adjustable toe rods installed with springs, just to give you a little more adjustability in your alignment settings.

I have not had any experience with the Bilsteins, so I can't really say if they are better than the Koni's. I do know that our 4th gen customers really like them. The adjustable toe rods will give you more adjustability in your alignment specfications. The factory eccentrics only go so far. Ultimately, the use of adjustable rear lower control arms (TCA029) coupled with the adjustable toe rods (TR003) are the best solution, but admittedly, the adjustable rear LCA's are a bit expensive for some budgets.

Performance would be close. The Koni's are valved a little bit stiffer, and better longevity with lowering springs.
