Underbody Lighting on a Lowered Camaro?

I'm going to be lowering my Camaro by 1 1/4 inches soon and was wondering if underbody lights would still look good? I've already decided that I want the car lowered and with underbody lighting and that I think that looks good so don't try to talk me out of either one by themself. I'm just trying to figure out whether I should only do one or the other because of how it would look combined (might not be able to see very much light?). Thanks

I have under low on mine and mines is dropped a decent amount. I still like the underglow, but the lower you go, the more concentrated the light will be directly under the car and not diffuse out from underneath. Also, if you have wheel well lighting, it basically nullifies it because you can't seem much of the wheel well anyway.

I still like having it though, when it works *cough AAC cough*

Agree with this. Had underglow on my Suby, a long time ago. Try to find a spot as close to the edge of the car as you can that tucks up into the body a little. This will help protect the lights. My original install used 4 foot tubes on the sides an a 2 foot in the front and rear. The front lasted about a week. I replaced it with several 6 inch tubes that were easier to protect and actually gave me more light with better coverage. Also put 4 inch tubes under the seats and in the door handles.

Man, that was like 10 years ago......
