Torque converter
So I’m about to install a CAI, Headers, cam, heads, flex fuel kit E85, on my car and I’m sure I’ll reach 500+ rwhp, so I need to get a new torque converter. Any recommendations on which torque converter I should get for my car that can handle the power.

Hey, welcome to the forums Why would you need a new torque converter? I'm sure 500-ish rwhp is no problem for the stock 10L80 and even less of an issue with the 8L90 (your sig doesn't say what year SS you've got). Have you seen anyone with issues running it with this much power?

I know for a fact you'll be fine till about 600. I'm not exactly sure what the limits are for the stock TC, maybe someone else with more power can chime in.

I was also told I’ll be fine with the stock converter, if I’d run on a VVt2 cam, but this is my cam size, shown in the picture.

I ran a stock Converter in my wife’s SS convertible with the NicKey Stage I cam. Over 700 rwhp. A converter would have helped it get off the line and would have also helped with low speed manners, as with the cam we raised the idle to 750rpm. No issues with durability and the car runs low 10s @ 136 mph.

It's not the horsepower that's going to bother it it's the amount of overlap that cam has. With that cam it's going to suck driving around town using a stock converter. It's more than likely going to surge and try to push through the brakes while sitting at red lights. A 3400-3600 stall should be the sweet spot for the vvt-3. Also if I was you I'd do the timing chain, trunion upgrade, and 32% fuel lobe just for the piece of mind and if you ever plan on adding boost later on down the road
