19 or 20 x10 and 11 rear would fit just fine

FWIW, the ZL1 1LE comes with 19" wheels (11 and 12). The 275/35/19 and 295/35/19 tires I recommended for the 19s would retain a similar diameter to the 20" 1LE tire sizes.

That said, I'll echo the SS 1LE and ZL1 wheel sizes (20x10 and 20x11) suggestions and recommend going with the ZL1 or SS 1LE factory wheels with 285/30/20 front and 305/30/20 rear Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar 3 tires. They are less expensive than the Michelins and give great good weather traction. There may be other tires that provide better traction in a straight line, but I don't know which ones they are. Plus, the Goodyears are physically wider than the Michelins in the same size, so they look beefier.

Thank you so much

You could physically mount them on the SS wheels, but it wouldn't be a good idea. The OP indicated he was looking at different wheels, which is why I suggested what I did. If he already had SS wheels, then he could save a ton of money and get most of the grip by getting any of the tires I recommended in the stock SS sizes. However, I think his LT1 car comes with 20x8.5 wheels front and rear with 245/40/20 all-season tires. For his stated uses of the car, I think it would make sense to keep these for winter usage and long trips (or whatever) and just get new 10/11" wheels with much wider tires for his more "spirited" car usage goals.
