I bought these for the front https://www.ebay.com/itm/Wheel-Hub-B...72.m2749.l2649 but I still can't find the rears for a auto v6. No one seems to list any difference between manual v6 and auto that I can find.

Its hard trying to find a clear answer but it looks like these SKF BR930555 only fit Z28 and ZL! with perf package. So I bought 2 9lb paper weights.

I'm pretty sure that the fit of all the hubs are the same. Some of them are maybe(?) stronger than others but the Z/28-ZL1 should be the strongest.

Both bearing were bad right out of the box. They are SKF brand but they both turn terribly rough. No way you could use them.

Unfortunately looking around the net I found others that experienced the same thing. I believe that is why these are dirt cheap.

I bought a SKF BR930555 a while back for almost $170 and it had a pretty serious hitch in it when I tried to turn it by hand. I returned it and got an SKF off Rock Auto for a $60 and it has worked fine for a couple years now. SKF is the manufacturer for GM, but I've seen SKF bearings sell for $200+ from some people and $50 from others. It made me question if the cheaper ones were genuine or maybe not x-trackers.

I run the SKF BR930555 bearings in my SS, and they are physically interchangeable, but the SKF BR930555 bearing has a visibly thicker flange. Not sure if they can be used in a V6 auto.

Yep both HITCH to a stop when trying to rotate them. Both are marked SKF in the casting. I tried rotating them by hand for a bit and they did smooth out some but you can feel they are not smooth like they should be. When I change pads I'll check them out size wise.

All bearing are stiff at first. They smooth out after. SKF bearings are suppose to be top notch. I bet there better than an over heated Oem bearing that's very stiff to turn. Amy updates on these SKF hubs??
