Hero LED sidemarkers, killing our cars
2 weeks ago my right taillight leds stopped working. Dealer checke dit out and said the module went bad. Covered under warranty but had to wait a week for it to come in. Swapped modules, reprogrammed and good to go . Except my right rear sidemarker no longer worked. Ordered a new kit and replaced it.
During this time my wife's camaro has the same issue and got the same fix. Tech told us he thinks it something to do with the leds and when (not if) it happens again they won't be able to cover it under warranty. Anyone else having this issue with Hero? |

I installed ours about 15 months ago. So it's kind of odd.

I had this exact same issue and sent them back to Phastek under warranty and upgraded to the Diode Dynamics. So much better quality and American made!

Just get diode Dynamics or stay stock

I had issues with DD.. with 3 of 4. But the customer service was A++. New set, no issues.
