Just got back from vegas and man was it crazy this year! Iam still uploading pictures but I'll post whats up now and put the other up later. GM had their fake yellow camaro shell that they show off everywhere but they had a real able too run convertible camaro too.
sorry for the crappy pictures.... my camera took a poop so I was stuck using my girlfriends camera. :(

That looks like the real BB from the Transformers movie. I haven't heard of them using the the 'stunt' car for any other shows. That's the real deal, right there, able to run and all Bumblebee!

all of the cars painted in "Bumblebee" yellow are real, driveable cars... they are all GTOs that have been stripped and dressed up as Camaro Concepts... and, to the best of my knowledge, they were all built on 2004 model GTOs, so they are all LS1s.

My company had a booth at SEMA this year, but I wasn't able to go
I asked my boss to get some pics while he was there and, being the great guy that he is, obliged with these:

When was SEMA? Bumblebee was here in Seattle the past 5 days. The Product Specialist in charge of Bumblebee told us that Bumblebee had no stunt doubles...

Yeah, that's what I had thought...
She said that there were a few dings and scratches because Bumblebee had no stunt double and saving the world was a dangerous job. |
