Looks like the "testing" is on highway #6 around the Continental Divide below Loveland ski resort in Colorado located above the Eisenhower tunnel.

Popular place for shooting commercials for Trucks.
Fantastic switchbacks, huge elevation changes with steep drop offs, really fun road to drive and sparsely used.

Altitude is around 10,800 feet above sea level...might have something to do with exhaust sound and lower HP.

Pretty dumb when u have to mask the design oops by painting the grille to kinda hide those dumb cheek bones. Also, I like how they packed the front with snow to hide the painted grille pieces for the close up. Either that, or the driver ran into a snow bank...

I think bias is clouding your hearing. It sound amazing in person and in video.
Look at Matt Farah's review, or MT's Z/28 vs GT350R H2H for good audio quality.
I really love the way the LT1 sounds with the dual mode exhaust, but there is nothing as good as that voodoo.

I drove an SS 1LE.

Compared to my 5th gen 1LE, it didn’t sound as good.

I don't think it's all bias cuz I do know some people that aren't Camaro or Mustang guys that do or don't like the sound of the GT350. I for one do love the sound of the Voodoo (you got me there haha GT350 & ZR1 sound great from factory) but I think it can go either way, some people definitely don't like how high pitch/raspy it is.
