I for one, am running a 19x10.5 ET22 setup with 305/30/19 square tires. i ground part of my strut mount as with a -3 camber youll run into the strut.

If you're feeling really froggy, you can even get into an 18" setup, which allows for some good 305/35/18 or 305/680/18 take offs. I'm also running an 18x10.5 ET 22 square with a 10mm spacer up front, it doesn't poke too bad due to the amount of camber i have. Apex makes great stuff and those guys are great over there.
How far does the hub pilot stick out? 10mm for the spacer seems thick enough that it might bury the hub pilot (or most of it), which would be a concern for me.

The hub pilot is 11mm, which does bury it however most 10-12mm spacers have a hub built in. I use Apex spacers as well, with a hub ring adapter and it lines everything up just fine for the wheels to be bolted on.

Does nobody make a spacer with the correct inside and outside hub diameter so that only the spacer would be required? It would be reasonably easy to make on a lathe. It seems there would be a market for such a part based on this discussion.

Doesn't seem so. I know Apex has some camaro stuff in the works, studs, spacers etc... but not currently.

Do you have a link or pictures to what you use (ie. Apex spacers with a hub ring adapter)?

Rings:
(4) Hub Centric Rings 72.6mm (Wheel) to 66.9mm (Hub) Hubcentric 66.9 to 72.6
https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?m...2F222382407905

Studs .5 in (or 12.7mm) longer than stock
ARP Wheel Stud 100-7736
https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?m...2F332768489495

Spacers (mine actually are 12mm for the 18” wheel but the 5mm for 19” provides plenty of hub space remaining)

I think this is what you're referring to.

Is 12mm too thick to run just a hub & wheelcentric spacer and longer studs?

That looks good. Didn’t see those. I’ve run up to 15mm spacer on track cars with longer studs (e90 m3)

I run 12 mm with longer studs you need it for 18s to clear the strut.
