2018 ZL1 vert

Recently picked up a 2018 ZL1 vert in Garnet Red Tint Coat to go along with my 2013 ZL1 vert in CRT. Love these cars to death!

Took delivery on Oct. 15th. Built on Sept. 4th. Drove it home in downpouring rain 80 miles....was surprisingly planted. It's already been in for complete ceramic coat.

First post, picked up an '18 ZL1 A10 this week. Someone was kind enough to trade it in after a couple months with only 2700 miles.... I love it when someone else takes the big hit!

I've been a gearhead and racer all my life, but this is only my 3rd GM, and first Camaro. Had a G8GT for a while that I liked a lot, and a C6 'Vette that was a total POS. I took a leap of faith that GM have improved their game buying the ZL1, and so far I haven't been disappointed. Looking forward to getting it on the track.

We're pretty heavy into the track day thing, mostly with our dedicated track car, a much modified '92 Miata. So far it's been a great learning platform for my wife, and I have plans to start doing some time trial/time attack competition with it next year.

The ZL1 will be fun addition that won't become a track car, but will definitely spend some time at the track. And it will be a great GT car.

About a month ago took a one-way rental car and made the drive from Atlanta to Charlotte to purchase my 2018 vert with only 2700 miles. Loving every sunny day so far!!

2018 A-10

Here is my 2018 A-10 ZL-1, in Nightfall Grey Metallic, ordered with CF hood and dash, and PDR.

Outside modifications include body colored LED marker lights and a complete wrap of Expel PPF, along with grey 1LE tail lights and 3rd brake light.

Engine and chassis mods are a K-Tech ported throttle body, BMR cradle lock-out kit with all new rear control arms, mid-chassis brace, and strut tower brace. Also has an Elite Engineering catch can.

Interior mods eliminated all alcantara except on the seats. 2SS black leather door panels and knee braces, with the grey stitching colored red with a Sharpie. Wildhammer Motorsports CF steering wheel, with black leather grips, and the center console trim hydrodipped in a CF pattern and clear coated. The shifter is made of a leather boot with red stitching, a black shifter with the stitching colored red with a Sharpie, and the ZL-1 cap put on the new shifter.

I absolutely love this car, and it’s a keeper. I didn’t know I disliked alcantara as much as I do, so I am glad I was able to re-trim the interior with black leather.

Hey everyone, this will be my introductory post.

Was originally shopping for a used Z28, after seeing some very high prices for cars that are low miles, I decided to get a new ZL1 1LE.

I am in Miami FL, so I have yet to receive the car, just signed all the necessary paperwork today, and I hope to get it delivered to me sometime last this week.

I got the car from Indiana through my friend's dad's dealer. Pretty excited about receiving the car, and have been reading and learning a lot through here, especially the oil change, and oil type to use, since this car will added to the line up of track toys I have.

Thank you. It is a 6MT. Not a fan of the idea of owning an automatic, even though it might be faster.
