Automatic transmission would be a no go for me.

Why do people buy cars and not drive them?

I haven’t understood yet why someone would buy a car and not drive it. Less than 100 Miles per year. It didn’t go up in value. That cost a lot of money to have it in the garage and say you have a SS Camaro.

Maybe he or she thought they would keep it for 40 years as an investment

If your small enough a 2018 or 19 will run circles around it.

If your larger and like the extra room go for it at 25K it would be a great deal.
