So a $900 increase for Z71 compared to a '22 4WD CCSB, despite removing the standard power seats, heated seats, damped tailgate, and the remote start. Not as bad as it could have been I guess. God I hope Convenience Package II isn't too big of a jump...

Colorado configurator on 12/15.

https://gmauthority.com/blog/2022/11...-be-available/

Wouldn't put too much stock in it. Then Silverado configurator was about a month late for when it was supposed to be out.

Happy Thanksgiving all. What did the upgrade to the Turbo High Output engine end up costing? Assuming the Turbo Plus is already selected?

Question answered in Coloradofans thread: $395. Might have to call my dealer back for that one.

So you're saying they're the same price but the Canyon gives you more? I can add it all up and see for myself but I have a hard time believing that since in 22 years I've never seen a GMC with the same exact equipment even come in at the same price as a Chevrolet. It's always higher.

So kinda interesting...

It appears the black plastic wheel arch moldings on Z71 are now optional.

Good.

I don't full-on hate them, but I don't really care for them either. I'd almost like to see that be an option on AT4 as well, but with the wider track it probably isn't. Said it before, I'll say it again, but there needs to be a body color option as well.

Side note: My price thread on the Colorado/Canyon forum got locked. Not sure what is up with that.

2023 Performance Catalog shows some Colorado goodies
https://html5.dcatalog.com/?docid=42...b90d0a&page=26

Why do we think they needed to specify SWB (short wheel base) if all are the same?

They still have that stupid shifter... seems in a smaller truck they would at least use the one in the Silverado's now.

I know, right? I'd be down for the steering column shifter in this truck especially. Although the interior is much improved in general so I give them credit there.

I got rid of my Colorado mainly over that shifter in the middle of everything in a small truck.

On the column is where it should have been left, but now that we have these fancy short shifters why would they leave it out and upgrade everything else.
