I'm anxious to see their response to this question as well. Is the new chief engineer and Camaro team still on board with answering these questions? Was the team present at Camaro Fest this year?

It's been over 6 months since this question was asked! Is the Camaro Team still working on this? I understand they are probably really busy, but that's a long time. I hope they are still willing to participate in this type of Q&A since I find it really helpful and it's always nice to get answers directly from the engineering team.

We're going on 7 months with no word. Would it be possible for you to follow-up with the team to see if they are still able to participate? At a minimum, a friendly "nudge" to let them know we are still very interested in their feedback

Any word from the Camaro team on this one? It's been about 9 months since it was asked. I know they are probably busy, but would be nice to touch base with them to see if they are still planning to participate in this Q&A forum.

Any updates on this one from the Camaro team? I think we have stumped them with this question! It was asked around 11 months ago!

Be patient. Be still. You’ll have the answer late 2020. Real late 2020.

Well let me revive this by asking, I recently just switched my oem 18inch rims (stocks from my 2017 LT) to the oem 10inch rims from a 2019 camaro LS (attached are pics of both). My question is, would my speedometer be affected by this? If so how would I get it adjusted?

Depending on the new tires, you might not have any speedo error. That is using a lower profile 20" tire than the 18" you can match diameters.

My F150 has an 18"spare that is the same overall diameter as my 20" wheels on the truck.

Thank you for the reply. I think I'm safe then. I'm new to rims and tires. This has literally been my 1st time. Well they're both the same height not sure if that helps. I can take pics of the actual tires if that would help you help me determine if I'm ok or not. But I've been driving it and feels the same. And like I said the 20s are the same height as my 18s. Hope I'm wording all this correctly. I apologize if I sound confusing. In addition, I also just ran into the tms message and ordered the reprogramming controller. Seems easy enough to do. Thank you again for your help and time.

If the tire sizes are the same as stock, then you are good. They both have the same height or diameter and so the same circumference.
