My dealer said I'm the only one even remotely interested in a 2016 at the moment. I'm sure once pricing gets out,more people will be interested...

Called a local dealer and it was the 2nd person to even ask about the camaro, they had no info and said they would update when they got more. They were asking $1000 down when the order is placed.

I'm getting the feeling there is very, very little demand for early 2016 model Camaro's. Anyone who even knows about them seems to be waiting as they already own Camaros, or are waiting for 2017 or a zl1. And the general public doesn't even know a new Camaro is coming out.

If that is the case will they lower the production of the 2016 or will they give rebates out for the 2016?

Dealers will still order them and everything... I just don't think there is a high demand for them between oct 2015 and like march 2016. They start production slow and ramp up anyways. I just don't think there will be huge waiting lists or anything like that.

I talked to the general manager at my local dealer and I'm first in line. No deposit at all.

I don't think there will be a huge demand either. No one I know is following the Gen 6 at all. Then again in my area everyone drives trucks or SUV's.

I called Jack maxton Chevrolet and spoke with the manger. I am on a call list when he gets more info. I've been a Dodge guy for a long time and I hope there's no funny business with any dealership because the Challenger is always on my mind or I can keep my charger
