is this the same one that the 1LE cars come with? if so...i wouldn’t consider it an “upgrade”. its the single item i like the least about my 1LE. it feels cheap, light, plastic-y, and i swear i can feel it flexing on a good 1-4 NLS. i emailed mgw when i bought my car last year, at that time they had nothing to tell me.

Part cost alone was $200+ labor probably I paid $100-$150 at least ( I was getting other work done so labor price I got was bundled in).

I literally couldn’t notice much of difference between throws. Secondly biggest difference I noticed was everything felt pushed towards driver. Like 3rd gear felt where 1st would be almost. Like half way.

I’ll try to make a video explaining .. I mean honestly it’s no difference I had my friend who has stock shifter drive my car as well and he said same thing. Couldn’t feel where the shifter was shorter ..

I would probably go with hurst if you insist on going short throw

That sucks. On my Tiburon I installed a STS and the feel was improved a lot. I would never go back to the standard Shifter on it.

It is something I would have liked to do on my Camaro... But I'll pass then. Thanks for the info
