Rim paint flaking on all 4 now more issues with them help?

So originally i had 1 rim start flaking the paint.
I bring car in aperantly it was 2 rims that was flaking ..
Fast forward i get a 3rd rim starts to flake .. They dont wana cover it because this one looked like rock chip well the spike beside it started flaking too aka forced them to cover it and aperantly it was both rims on the other side too so now all 4 wheels have been painted ..
I get car back last 2 they painted looked completly different on shade of paint and was a shit tastic job ...
I decline to accept this they have another go same shit i decline the fix but this time when i was looking between the 2 sides of the car the 2 rims originally fixed were peeling cheesegrater style
So now they have all 4 rims painted the WRONG color and u can see black paint in a silver rim?
Looks like black paint was gently applied
I again deline the fix because this is not right .. Now they tell me in short gm person will be out on the 30th to look at it and to in short punch sand...
Like this is the 4th try here they have had the car 3 weeks for this b.s alone
Upon pickup when i bought car i had a massive scratch in the cluster they were suposed to fix and never did (this was brought up in.a argument we had over this fiasco)he said my car would be tcu or somthing i said then fine do it and cut me a depreciation check to witch he said not my problem he then asked (he is gm of this dealer 1 step down from owner of plant ) that well what do u want me to do i said i wamt u to make it right to witch he scoffed at
So done with rennkirby of gettysburg p.a
Any advice on what i should do i already contacted a lemon law attorney but because this is paint they dont really wana deal with it

Lighting is not even on both wheels so we really can't see the difference. Plus the spots are right in front of the car. Please get better pictures so we can better see.

Repainting was a poor option. Should have been straight replacements. I had a Mazda about 10 years ago that had corrosion eating at the paint and it was easy getting them to replace all 4 wheels. Id be upset with the work they did on your wheels. The first pic the lighting is different so you can't appreciate any color difference in your pic.
