Oil catch can install: PCV valve tubing

I want to install an oil catch can, but I am reluctant to cut apart the factory rigid line between the valve and the insert into the plenum. It is covered by a plastic "loom" material and appears to be seamless (or permanently connected) from one end to the other. The valve end has a lock clip for the valve tip and the other end appears to become the insert for the plenum.

Can I get a replacement one to chop up and use for the catch can install? I don't see it at Rock Auto. Can someone provide a part or assembly number so I can try to find/order one?

Thanks!

Rob

Think this is what you need (part no. 12616915): https://www.wholesalegmpartsonline.c.../12616915.html

I also bought a second tube to install my catch can since I'm still under warranty; here it is for the LFX engine (part no. 12638437): https://www.wholesalegmpartsonline.c.../12638437.html
