On the ground and running zero issues so far. Tuner is supposed to come tonight to get a new tune on it so it can start driving and breaking in. |

Pics of the system
charge pipes and exhaust pipes are no lower than oem mufflers, the turbos are tucked up high and tight. |

I can't believe I haven't noticed this thread. I'm going to go read through it and forgive me for asking, but have you considered the Comp oil less turbos?

Boostworks wants to use the Comp-oilless turbos now
He and I are two different shop owners, I work for him as his designer/fabricator but he also has his own plans etc of doing things. Lets just say he was less than pleased seeing a rear mount go on the car but he is open to new ideas after we did a bit of yelling back and forth. I think it is starting to grow on him though and once he sees that they can make good power with a proper build I'm sure he will have some different opinions of them lol Anyways how that goes to comps is already had negotiated the turbonetics from him, I'm sure if I went in the back and took two comp 67mm billet bb oilless turbos and tossed them up it might have got a little more ugly than just some harsh language hahah It's all good now, we're looking for dyno and track numbers here really soon. Might be knocking the cobbwebbs off my drag pack this weekend |

up on 93 octane wall, starts pulling timing over 5500 but 700whp on 8.5lbs of boost is nice seems to be plenty of fuel still so going to do a 116 oct tune and dyno for my bday and maybe hit the track and see what she'll do (nov 27) Tuner says adding the timing back on the top end alone will get us close to 850whp without any changes on the boost. Sounds good to me. Next month (would do it this month but working on closing on my wife and I's first house here Nov 30) I'll be adding the port injection back into the system and then daily driving it on the 8.5lbs e85 tune (expecting 850whp here or so) then and have a moderate boost tune to see about making the 1000-1200whp zone, thinking we can do it on 12-15lbs max. Turbos should be good to 20-25lbs or so (turbonetics bb 6766 twin) so potentially have 1800hp or boosties at disposal if brave enough to push it that far and somehow the trans holds it Last edited by Goertz; 11-18-2017 at 09:11 PM. |

I love how my procharger and bypass sound but man does that thing sound good. And great numbers also. Can you say what the IATs were? Do you think there will be a large difference going air to water?

Think maybe this weekend we'll go see what she can do.
Based on our old numbers to new numbers we're expecting 140-145 on 93 oct pump trap. Will also prob bring a few gallons of race gas and add that top end timing back for a nice 800-850whp zone and aim for a few extr mph on the trap. |
