The paint wasn't perfect, probably bulk painted by someone in taiwan, but it's good enough that you don't see the very small spots unless you look for them. If that's an issue with you, you can spend $109 shipped and get the primer black version and paint it yourself.
Do you know if the Ikon would cover up the existing holes on the SS?

Yes, it covers the holes. You can see that in the 3rd pic I posed.

They're only 111 bucks straight from Ikon unpainted.

A note on the IKON. I'm on my second stint of removing to re-apply tape (. This is with proper prep and cleaning. I'd suggest using some washers and a couple of self-tapping screws on the outer bolt locations. Just make sure they're short enough that they won't penetrate all the way through the piece. The ear pieces are fine taped. Those things aren't coming off without some force.

I went with an all gloss black scheme on my Camaro since all the accent pieces are gloss black anyway.
And just an FYI, the Ikon spoiler does cover the stock spoiler holes.
love those tags

What was it exactly about the fitment that you didn't like with the RPI one? I still like that one the best.

It seems like the IKON one is a lot shorter; right?

The RPI spoiler rubbed against my fenders in spots and transferred some of the gloss black paint to the green fenders. I removed some of the material on the end that it was rubbing and still had issues so I removed it.

The IKON spoiler is about the height of the 1LE blade spoiler, the RPI spoiler is about 2 inches taller.

I did the exact same thing this weekend, got some 3/8" self tapping screws and washers and drilled the screws into the tall end mounting holes to tighten the spoiler just a little more
