Looks really good Zack. Use some fishing line and use sawing motion to get the badge off clean off the bumper. Sometimes there is enough sticky left to put it back on.

Yeah the splash guards look really subtle unlike the Dealer one's they had for my 2013. Are those dealer installed splash guards?

you can peel that dealer sticker off with your fingernail, follow with the crystal seal after wiping the area with alcohol.

Glen e,
What is the procedure to taking off the RS badge?
Once I take the RS badge off can I re-position it so its straight?
Would there be enough sticky left on the back of the badge to re-position it?

I've already viewed some videos on youtube. Some use a hair dryer to heat up the badge as well as the glue sticky behind it. Than use some fishing line to pry it lose. You never want to try to pry it with your hands because you could scratch the paint.

Sorry, for the questions, its just I've never done it before.

Thanks!

Thanks, I have a blade spoiler on the way. Should be delivered this week. Can't wait to get this installed. Glen e on this forum installed his and IT looks SHARP! So, much better than the puny little spoiler they stuck on there that came with the car. Ha Ha!
I also really want those darkened Black Tail lamps. That is IF and WHEN gm ever makes them available.

Any one of the you tubes will work. It comes off easily...I use goo gone and fishing line....you will need to reapply tape, don't stick it back on with the used tape....bonehead move, won't last.

Looks really good. Can't beat the price. Even though front license plates are required in my state I refuse to put them on. Also, did you let the dealership put his name tag on your car on purpose?

Never done it before.
Hair dryer to heat it up, fishing line will pop it off. Alcohol or Goo Gone will remove the residue, then new 3M automotive tape to reapply.

do you just go to the dealer and order black bowties? does it have to be the dealer you purchased your car from or can it be any chevy dealership?
