What do you include to see the E Content? Or offer?
If you run over E60 you will start seeing the low side fuel pressure drop. With a pulley you better not go over E40! ask me how I know! I tried running E60 and my low side FP was 1700 pounds low! got a "Danger" email from Ted!! Seen a couple guys do like E45 with a pulley and be okay on FP. Car ran a 10.33 @135MPH

HP tuners will read E content.

We offer the Aerorforce Gauge for monitoring E content.

Thank you for sharing your progress and details of this package. I thoroughly enjoy watching your thoughts and explanations.

What is next for your car? Cam, heads, ported SC, larger TB, etc? Looking forward to plans and thoughts.
You are welcome, I will likely move to a cam next, I am currently working on a cam profile that will deliver factory like Idle but about 50 more RWHP and a broad power band likely up to 7000 for 2 reasons.

First being to gain fuel system range then more air flow.

Power Through Efficiency.

I do not think I will mess with the stock blower so many have already gone that route and I believe the blower is just too small to achieve the air flow I am looking for.

I will likely move to a larger blower which one is still up in the air right now.

Power through Efficiency!

Ted.

Today would be whipple and magnuson I have run both on my 2016 and done lots of builds with both very hard to choose one over the other so it becomes personal preference on looks.

I am looking forward to the TVS 2650 from Magnuson.

What about a non E85 option? If a client does not have access to it, how would it change the numbers? 20hp less? 30hp less?

Or would you do something different for a non E85 build?

about 30 RWHP less on 100 octane unleaded, my car made 642 RWHP on 100 octane unleaded..

About 50 RWHP less on 93 octane, most cars are making 620 RWHP on this package.

Still with major gains in torque due to Throttle staying open, I talk about this quite often in my videos.

Ted.

fuel used to cut the e85

Ted,

I am using 91 octane to cut my e85. How critical is the choice of fuel used to cut the e85. Am I leaving a ton on the table?

Does the octane rating of the cutting fuel show up in your timing tables or does the ethanol content allow all the timing that is needed?

Here is a chart that explains things pretty clearly.

I can't be 100% positive but I believe E-85 is made using base 87 octane gasoline then add Ethanol to make E-85.

So if you are cutting E-85 with higher octane fuel I belive you end up with a better fuel.

Ted.

I believe the C85 VP is cut with MS109. That's about 450.00 for 55 gals.

Way up here. No E85 unless you buy a barrel.
Choices are straight 91 with No Ethanol (Shell) or 94 with up to 10% ethanol (Sunoco)
I would surmise both would be pretty much equal. Maybe the edge to the 94 with ethanol.
I read somewhere that ethanol could lower the octane rating by 1 or 2 points?
Would the 94 work for a 93 octane tune?
