Cargo net, the cheap and easy way.

This is what I ended up doing for a cargo net. I have seen some other posts before but not one like mine.

I bought a Pontiac G8 net on ebay for just under $10 shipped.
it came with the new hardware 4 nuts and some hooks) and I ended up just attaching them as shown. 10 minutes later I have a net that I like so I thought I'd share in case anyone else was as annoyed as I was about the small one.

Cheers.

Nice idea, and it looks like it works.

I bought the OEM small net for $16 and it works great for my needs. Detailer and a couple of detailing cloths is all I need to carry in it!

I used a 5th gen net and cargo net hooks https://www.amazon.com/Bungee-Shock-...argo+net+hooks with speed nut shttps://www.amazon.com/Hillman-Group-1146-Speed-60-Pack/dp/B00HYK9HIK/ref=sr_1_18?ie=UTF8&qid=1534393083&sr=8-18&keywords=speed+nuts behind them. It fits perfect. No idea why GM didnt just do the same thing. dont remember if they were 1.4" speed nuts but i think they were. just bought the nuts from the hardware store for $1

Full 1LE suspension, with BMR adjustable sway bars and links, GM aluminum cradle bushings, Hurst shifter with lighter reverse spring, TWM shifter knob, Tick level 1 transmission. I should have bought a ZL1
