Gotta say that 6 cylinder sounded pretty good and seemed to pull pretty hard. Don't know why just like with the mustang I keep getting excited about a 400hp turbo 4 around 3400-3500lbs as a daily driver. Should really draw in a young crowd of buyers. Along with the fact that you don't have to get a v6 or v8 to get nice options should be a great marketing move. I'll take mine in white w/black rims please.

Overall (as far as I can tell right now), I think I like it. I think it would be received better if the '14 refresh hadn't happened, though. In my opinion, the '16 has taken the '10-'13 and made "refinements' more than it has to the '14-'15 (or maybe it's actually made true refinements to the problem areas of the '14-'15). Let me explain what I'm seeing.
For the front, it took me a while to appreciate the '14 refresh and I'm still not fond of the headlights of the RS model. However, the front of the '16 feels to me much more like an evolution of the '10. (I know, I'm cheating by not using a standard '10 model here.) The halos have evolved to be a variant of the '10's circles, the grille has been squished and the lower portion (grille?) enlarged. For the rear, I'm still not super fond of the '14-'15 rear, but I think the '16 pays homage to the double taillights of the '10, while making some styling changes. (I won't necessarily say improvements, but I do think it's an improvement over the '14-'15 rear.) All in all, I don't think it's as iconic as the '10-'13 model, but I do like what I'm seeing. Hopefully the interior will blow us away. Looking forward to seeing better pictures tomorrow!

I don't see anything that stands out. What are you seeing?

I think the front looks great and the rear looks odd....

The rear end of this car esp with that 90's spoiler is horrible looking imo. The front end is nice!

Put the same drivetrain in a pickup truck and go have some fun. Won't be as economical, as fast or handle nearly as well. Also if you are seriously comparing the back end of the 2016 (not sure I like it yet either) to a Grand Am ................... I guess I'm not sure what point you are making cuz there is zip in common there, other than tail lights. Both cars have tail lights.

The gray one looks much better to me from behind.. So, I think with higher quality pictures, we'll be singing a different tune tomorrow. The rear probably won't be it's strong point, but the front looks very aggressive and profile in camouflage looks to be solid.
