Shutter

Has anyone been feeling a shutter coming from the clutch/tranny while letting out on the pedal? This has been happening to me a lot. It seems I have to give it more throttle to make it not want to shutter.

I feel it sometimes, seems like when trying not to pull out with too much gas does it....trying not to scare small children and old ladies....

Yes. Exactly. I'm glad I'm not the only one. It seems as though it's gotten worse in the last month though.

My foot is so heavy that I've never experienced this! J/k. It has happened when I've tried to be overly precise in taking off and really easy on the gas.

Yes happens to me also. It's just clutch plate chatter. It's always like said, trying to take off with minimal gas pedal.

Mine is smooth as can be. But I know from owning many manual trans cars what you're feeling. You have "hot spotted" your flywheel and/or pressure plate surface.

Try bleeding the clutch. that helped for me. You can test that by doing fast reps for about 30 seconds then letting it sit for a bit. That should help and may even cure it.
