RPM needle goes crazy

So I’m stopped at a light and the rpm needle goes crazy moving up and down. Engine sound stays the same. Looks like an electrical problem. Has anyone had this issue of so what was it???

Thanks it ended up being the fuel pump module. I got it replaced by the dealer and the problem went away. Check engine light is still on, they’re telling me is the exhaust valves are bad and I need a new full exhaust... $3300 Chevy pricing... yea okayyy.
