turned the car off......started it back up......had a miss to it and a slight backfire...Cel was flashing, checked the code " Misfire detected cylinder 3"
Put a new plug in....swapped wires from another cylinder also swapped coils from cylinder 1. Misfire is still there..... it clears up with more rpms but at idle its the most noticable.

How long after the tune did this start happening? If it was long after it could be an injector.

the car was tuned around 7000 miles..... so roughly 22k ago.

I'd probably lean towards an injector since you checked spark. Since I'm sure the dealer would deny the warranty claim due to flex fuel and the tune, swap injectors with another one from that bank and see if that cylinder misfires.

update took the car to the dealer....SOMEHOW i missed a burnt spark plug wire... i was sure i inspected it but mistakes happen.... new plug wire and the car is back home running perfect.
