probably a misprint. its only 7 hp off and i highly doubt they would spend the money on r&d for a different suspension set up. i wouldn't get to exited.

It does actually have returned suspension. It was altered to suit European roads and tastes. Its essentially a halfway house between the 2SS and 1LE.
MSRP when it was available in Europe was around $37,000 before taxes and shipping.

Mine's an EU-spec 2SS - she gives 426 good old American horses, has no sat-nav, the same suspension as you guys and stoooopidly large mirrors fitted with turn signals ( we call 'em indicators) - We also get headlamp wash jets to comply with Euro-law (don't ask) It also has the Camaro Permagrin function which apparently you can't disable.

Getting rid of those stupid mirrors (indicators) would definitely be my first mod lol

I'd love to ditch 'em but the one plus point is that I can turn them inwards and that gives me about 60mm clearance either side to put her in the garage at night! Love my Camaro, warts an' all...

I actually really like the fact they have built in indicators... Doesn't look bad and is likely far safer than what we have in the US. That said, those things are just enormous, and look so out of place on a car that absolutely doesn't need them. Those look like something that belong on a SUV.

I don't mind having bigger side mirrors on my Camaro.
