The 3.27s came except for the ZL1 on the auto and it has to do with the transmission gearing and the final drive ratio.

Not to open a dead horse here from many years ago. But my used 2010 ss 2 ss l99 a6 also came from the factory with 3.45 it was marked under upgrades section.
