I've recently got a Muffler Delete & The secondary cats deleted, I am hearing a ticking/rattling noise from my exhaust tips as if there was some sort of bolt jumping up and down.. I've checked the welds everything seems to be intact. Any ideas?

Check your hangers for the exhaust. It's possible what you are hearing is a loose hanger or a loose connection at the underside of the car itself. Very common after exhaust work.
