Still waiting for my 22 ZL1 6spd in rapid blue. The color looks very different in different lighting. In sunlight especially it’s gorgeous. I agree about the contrast also, I’ll be wrapping the hood and mirrors in satin black, probably won’t do the roof but not 100 on that yet. Mine will also have the carbon fiber hood insert and factory 1LE spoiler, can’t wait.

I have no idea why someone wouldn't get a traditional metallic color paint and then have it wrapped in this color. With these flat colors wraps nail em almost identically, but deep metallics wrap just can't replicate. Seems that way folks would have better options. I'm grateful Chevy is offering it, but honestly would have appreciated more metallic options a lot more for this reason.
As far as the color I personally like it a lot, but not sure I would want to live with it forever. I prefer silver cars and like the Camaro because it (usually) goes largely unnoticed in a crowd. |
