My point is, I would think there's significant power to be had by changing only LT4 cam design.

I'm also 100% certain that past or present GM LT4 engineers have long ago answered all such questions.
I don't believe HPE would install a large cam on a stock converter car for the reasons why I mentioned prior. You don't need a lot of cam to make a lot of power with FI. Look at Lingenfelters 1000hp package...they use their GT31 217/235 .635 .661 121 lsa which has -11 degrees of overlap. Overlap is what defines if a cam is Large or small imo and I consider something with 10+ degrees of overlap to be large. Most supercharger cams I see being mentioned are usually under 3 degrees of overlap.

Appreciate the kind words...I just like to help out and share what I have learned. Most of my drive has come from being burned by "shops" when I was younger which fueled my fire to learn how to do things myself...especially with tuning. I still have plenty to learn and I am thankful for those that have shared info with me.

I'll ask HPE and see what they will tell me about theirs.

So since ‘20+ cars’ tcm can’t be tuned for unforeseeable future, 16, 17, 18, 19 cars will be more valuable because ecm and tcm can be tuned? What do you guys think?

No because most people that buy cars don't mod them. Go on Car Gurus and search used ZL1's Nationwide. You might find 1-2 out of 50 cars that has mods done to it.
