Wow that's impressive.

I need this mod.

Would you say A flex tune would produce close to these gains ? I've heard dedicated e85 tune give a bit more hp...

Flex and dedicated will be identical if done correctly AND the fuel is actually full E85. If it is less than E85 it will reduce timing appropriately.

Outstanding

Plugging that into the Wallace racing calculator would give you a 11.4 pass with a good tire

This car only gains 11 whp from deleting the cats? For reals? On my E60 M5 it was at least 40 whp, and usually quite a bit more.

Rule of thumb excluding other variables

10 Hp= .1

100 lbs= .1

Roughly

The MSD intake will raise the 6000-6500 area up substantially. My next mod will likely be headers. After that I will revisit the MSD intake.

A 3200 stall TC and some drag radials would make for one kick ass street/track car.

So tune, waste.

Cat delete, waste.

E85 tune, yes please.

Curious what, if anything that Rotofab added to it...

I don't know how much the Rotofab brought to the table but for cars that start to move into H/C territory it is definitely going to help. The install on a FI car showed that eventually you will see the impact of pressure drops of the factory unit.

E85 is clearly the winner of anything you could do short of H/C, FI, or N2O if you can readily obtain it and keep the ethanol content as close to 85% as possible. It has some other nice benefits as well... minimal crap on the exhaust tips, cleaner pistons, great knock resistance, and cheaper than 87 octane (at least in my area). Yes you will take a hit on gas mileage but that's a small price to pay.
