Are these the 56R Gray Painted?

56R. 5-split spoke premium Gray-painted machined-face aluminum

Are these the gray painted wheels? They look better than I expected and seem more black then gray. Seems like a nice middle between the bright painted and the black.

Nice to see a few new things on the Chevy site tonight!

I am having trouble getting that wheel on the SS trim online however. But I think I found my color and wheel combo!

My 56W split spoke bright silver wheels cant be added to the SS either, only shows black 5 spoke on the 2SS and the 5 spoke silver on 1SS, some sort of issue with the configurator right now, sure it will get sorted out soon.

All of the pictures I have seen they don't look that dark.

The shading of the pic makes them look darker.

I'm with Dwalex on this one. I think his picture and the wheels from the visualizer are the 56Rs. Up to this point, we haven't seen them really though. The wheels that you are showing Friday seem to be the bright silver painted. That's just my 2cents though. I just find it hard to believe that they would have two wheel options that are almost imperceptibly different.

They are slightly darker with a machined edge.
