Lucky for you OP, I had similar damage on my 1LE wheel and notified the dealer in the first couple of days, it was 2 months later before I could get it into them and they refused to replace the wheel saying it was done after I got the car.

That sounds more like a true dealer response to me.

My car was clpse to the same way. Didnt notice for several months. Even had the wheel and tire warrenty and I was told to pound sand. Its inside and you cant see it so not really worth fighting it.

Brings Back Memories
I got mine while going thru my dealers "free car wash for life" in Ft. Wayne, In. Tire got caught on something while going thru the blowers at the end. Since I did not purchase the insurance for tires and wheels they pushed at the time of purchase, they couldn't have cared less. Couldn't even get anybody to call me back. Mine is on the outside so it really sucks.
