Can't wait to replace my original dry filter! After almost two years, I'm beginning to think I should put the stock box back in and reassess my decisions and what to do next.

@biker2k I attempted to order a replacement filter last year, perhaps in October, could have been September, but at this point it doesn't matter. I have an intake "system" with no ability to replace the filter due to their supplier issues. So I am saying that I may need to assess other options to go another route. I feel like I was sold on the best thing based on this forum and now I'm left with a really dirty filter that I cannot replace unless I try to measure and find other ways to do routine maintenance.

The dry filter supply issue will be resolved soon. In the mean time there are 2 alternatives: tap out the dust from your current filter and use a vacuum to finish cleaning it out, or you can order a new oiled air filter which will perform great as well. Sorry for the inconvenience, we are doing everything we can to solve this supply issue.

ok I see …
I didn't know there was a supply issue...
I have like 6000 miles on mine and was planning on cleaning, vacuuming this season...
can you use any cleaners like I would with a k&n or would that just damage filter?

this is only because I am anal I am sure this filter is fine without me touching it for a while....

We don’t recommend any cleaning solutions for dry filter maintenance.

I plan on getting a Whipple Super Charger in the near future. Right now my motor is stock. My question is, can I run the Big Gulp without any issues?

I believe the "Big Gulp" version does require a tune. Their standard intake system does not.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I just finished ordering the standard setup mainly because I didn't want to have to tune my car and void my warranty.
