Indicator lights flashing on and off…

This has happen to me twice now in a two week period. I have an LT V6 model.

I’m driving along and all of a sudden the lights on the instrument cluster start flashing on and off. The needles on the gauges start jumping back and forth. Then all the lights shut off, and the gauge needles go to their off position as if the car was turned off. Then the lights come back on, and the gauges return to their normal position.

All of this happens in about 8 or 10 seconds. And while it’s happening the car drives normally. The engine doesn’t shut off, misfire or anything.

Anyone ever have a similar incident like this?

Thanks

Yes I had this problem when I first got my car, it happened twice and i read somewhere on the net to make sure all my fuses were fully seated..I popped the hood, opened the fuse box and pushed them all down and haven't had the issue again in the last 2 years. Hope this helps!..I have the same exact car as you

Thanks for the tip, that makes sense. I'll check the fuses.
