2019 ZL1 wiring harness MT vs AT differences

The following questions are about an engine wiring harness whenever I use the term "wiring harness." What are the differences between the manual transmission and automatic transmission wiring harnesses? What are the difference between a 2018 and a 2019 wiring harness? What will all be different if I do not use the TR 6060 and use a T56 Magnum?

I'm swapping an AT 2019 ZL1 LT4 into an old trans am with a T56 Magnum. The engine was pulled kinds sloppily instead of taking their time to unhook stuff some wires were cut in the engine harness.
