I finished reading my dad's journals. Weirdly addicting. Probably going to read them again. Lots of repetitiveness, mowed grass constantly (his & that of lots of others), worked in the garden, something hurts (knees, foot, back, shoulder, etc), who died this week, who is sick, good deeds done for others, went to church 3X a week, He loved my mother soooo, ........... but there is just something about it................like hearing my dad talking to me. Precious gift.

Trick that is just an awesome looking T-top IROC-Z The car looks like it is in excellent condition. I take it you haven't had a chance to test the new engine? Did you have a chance to get it dynoed before installing it?

With the windows 10 & touch screen I got a real good look at it. Is that the original motor you took out. If so I would never sell it.

Thanks Spike - It needs a paint job & new interior but overall it's a solid car. I did not get a chance to Dyno the engine before installing it. I had to drop the stock rear-end in order to drop the gas tank and install a high volume fuel pump. The LS3 requires 60lbs constant fuel pressure.

I have a high performance rear-end being built with 3:73 gears that should be ready in about 4 weeks. I talked to a technician from my local dealership today. Hopefully he'll be able to diagnose the check engine code and I'll be able to start it up. Can't wait to hear it run!!!

And yes that's the original 305 TPI engine. Planning on keeping it.
