Flashing ECU in RS to SS gauge cluster swap

So I’m going to try to swap my 1LT gauge cluster and LCD for a 2LT enhanced or SS full sized one. Details here:

One of the steps is mailing the used 2LT/SS cluster to a company in the States for them to flash the board so it won’t lock up when I install it in my 1LT. Anyone know if there are local Canadian companies that would do that?
