They do not reflect amber or red, as there is no amber or red in the lens.

Good to know. The ZL1 pic that was posted with them installed are reflecting amber on the rear, which i thought was odd since the rears red. Need to get a set ordered then. Thanks

It does appear that way in the photos he posted, I see that as well. Just wanted to point out that there is no amber or red pigment in the smoked lens, so if there's an amber or red reflection it would have to be reflecting color from a light source or something nearby (I hope that makes sense )

Anyone have pictures of white car, clear lenses, but running the dark gm taillights?

I have those on order with the zl1 1le 3rd brake light but can't make my mind up on smoked or clear, for my white 1LE.

We have tons of customer submitted images on the site listing. I strongly recommend going with the clear lens option if you have a Summit White Camaro.

...so only the red/amber lenses are DOT approved? also meaning the clear and tinted offerings are not DOT approved?

I am almost certain that I can see a "DOT" marking on the tinted lenses in Lethal's video (2:57) comparing the DD to Oracles.
